Hi, I’m Pearl - the heart behind Thryve Speech-Language Therapy.

What began as a simple desire to help people has grown into one of my life’s missions: supporting children as they build confidence and become all that they were meant to be. I graduated from the University of Pretoria in 2021 and have since gained valuable experience in hospitals, private practice, and educational settings.

I am dedicated to evidence-based practice, celebrating growth, and helping children learn new skills in fun and creative ways.

Hi, I’m Andile, and I am thrilled to be a part of the Thryve Team.

I obtained my undergraduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Pretoria and completed my community service at Dr George Mukhari Academic Hospital. I am currently pursuing my Master’s degree at the University of Pretoria, focusing on communication strategies and patient-centred care for adults with acquired neurogenic communication impairments.

I have always had a strong passion and desire to contribute towards improving the quality of life of children with special needs and communication impairments.

Expertise and certifications:

  • Experienced in early intervention and support for learners with special needs
  • Passionate about neuro-affirming care
  • Introduction to DIR Floortime
  • A Master’s Candidate at the University of Pretoria
